Academic Comprehensive: Freshman/Sophomore/Junior
Receive on-demand, personal advising and expert oversight from the start of the college search to after the final application is submitted. Students will work one-on-one with their advisor to:

Maximize the High School Experience - We will develop your student's academic, extracurricular, and personal strengths in order to lay the groundwork for applying to the right colleges, the right way.

Build a Targeted College List - We draw from our proprietary assessment tool, direct knowledge and previous students’ experiences to make informed college recommendations that align with your parameters and preferences.

Complete Applications Strategically - Students craft applications that take into account the nuances of each school. Writing specialists help applicants find their topic and voice, while a shared tracking system ensures deadlines and supplemental requirements are met.

Post-Application Wrap Up - Receive an evaluation of acceptance/waitlist/deferral decisions, assistance with school-specific requirements, supplemental submissions, and Gap Year/deferred enrollment procedures.
Senior Start
Senior Start is an expedited version of Academic Comprehensive. Service begins with a strategy session at the conclusion of junior or early senior year, then continues with individual guidance throughout the duration of the application season.
Seniors will work closely with the Rose College Strategies team to navigate all tasks necessary to submitting well-crafted, competitive and timely applications to their curated college list.

Advisors partner with the student-athlete to generate interest from right-fit college recruiters, working with the athlete's current coaches to maximize recruiting potential and exposure. Self-Directed Recruiting Consultation
Work with a specialized Athletic Advisor to design and implement a customized recruiting game plan for your sport, by creating an actionable strategy to generate interest from, and establish relationships with, college coaches and recruiters.

We believe that every talented player who wants to play in college, can – provided they are aware of their options and know how to find the right program. That’s where an organizational partnership with Rose College Strategies comes in.
Our goal is to get your players informed, prepared, seen, and placed. We help athletes define their goals, understand the recruiting process, and cast a wide net and appropriate net. We address the off-field business of academics, social media, college choice, finances, and expectation management, all of which are critical to successful recruiting.
RCS Athletic Advisors have sport-specific knowledge as former athletes, coaches and recruiters. Our network of mentors, strength and skills coaches, academic tutors, mental health professionals, and media providers are available for your players. Partnerships are fully customizable to accommodate the needs and budget of your team.
Pre-Season
As a Recruiting Contact for your team, RCS meets with each player to assess interest and goals, gathers parent input, and provides general recruiting education and instruction.
