Consultant, DIII Student-Athlete Relations

Kayla has extensive experience advising and supporting both students and athletes. A three-sport high school athlete, Kayla attended Rhodes College in Memphis, TN to play collegiate softball. In her time at Rhodes, Kayla was named All-Conference, All-Academic, and nominated to serve on the Student Athlete Advisory Council representing Rhodes to the NCAA. She also organized and facilitated all new student orientations and prospective student activities for the Office of Families and Students. Having received her Master’s degree in Statecraft and National Security at the Institute of World Politics in Washington, DC, Kayla works as a Senior Program Manager at the Department of State’s Overseas Security Advisory Council. Kayla uses her practical experience to counsel student-athletes and their parents about the keys to success on and off the field.
