Taber Watson
Consultant, Athletic Assessment

Taber Watson brings a wealth of experience and hands-on knowledge to the Rose College Strategies team, assessing student-athletes and advising both parents and players about the rigors and realities of college athletics. Serving in the Tamalpais Union School District since 2014, Taber teaches History and Economics at Archie Williams High School. A Marin native who played baseball for Redwood High School, College of Marin and Chapman University, Taber coached Redwood freshman baseball for five years, and is currently in his third season as the varsity boy’s baseball coach at Archie Williams. Taber’s philosophy on succeeding as a student-athlete is to keep priorities aligned: “family first, academics second, sports third - and everything else pressing underneath that.”
